Ziv’s passion for construction began on-site with his father, shaping a career that has spanned over $700M in complex projects. With firsthand experience in how intuition-based planning drives inefficiency and risk, he became focused on applying data and technology to bring precision to preconstruction. Today, he leads LeanCon’s vision to make construction planning fully data-driven, enabling teams to plan with unmatched speed and accuracy.
Ziv holds a BSc in Civil Structural Engineering from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where he also serves as co-president of the Yale SOM Alumni Club of Israel.
Growing up on construction sites with his father, a general contractor, Sapir developed an early understanding of the industry’s practical challenges. His career has spanned roles as a construction engineer, software developer, and data Scientist – combining field experience with deep technical expertise. At LeanCon, he leads the development of the AI platform that bridges these worlds, turning complex project data into actionable plans.
Sapir holds dual BSc degrees in Civil Structural Engineering and Computer Science and an MSc in Computer Science, all from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology, graduating summa cum laude in all three.

Phil is a former Vice President of AEC at Autodesk. From 2000 to 2016, he led the company's vision and strategy for AEC technology. He currently serves as Deputy Dean and Professor in the Practice at the Yale School of Architecture and is internationally regarded as one of the foremost experts in the AEC industry.
Paul is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Van Wijnen Holding, the leading housing construction company in the Netherlands. Throughout his career, he has held executive roles, including serving as CEO for several companies in the contracting and services industry. He was also a member of the Executive Board of TBI, a major Dutch construction group.
Mike is Chief Estimator and Director of Preconstruction at BNBuilders Inc., one of the 100 largest GCs in the US. With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry in a multitude of roles, he has led diverse projects in domestic and international markets.
Lufan is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Construction Management at Florida International University (FIU), focusing on the application of machine learning and deep learning in the built environment. Lufan was recognized in Forbes China's 30 Under 30 and Forbes China's 100 Most Influential Chinese.
